Winning the 2009 Smart Growth Award for Mixed Use, Alpine Village is a mixed-use project located on 5 acres in downtown McCall, Idaho. The residential condominium community is centered on an active pedestrian plaza with a water feature and 36,000 sq. ft. of shopping and dining. The traditional architecture utilizes prominent gabled rooflines, dormers, and covered walkways to respond to the mountain environment. Work includes full master plan, lead design architects and landscape design. Phase 1 has been completed.
